I offer a range of therapy and counselling services for infants, children, teens and families, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. I work with children and their caregivers to educate, and offer strategies for helping children adjust to major life transitions, such as divorce and separation. I offer individual counselling and play-based therapy; family therapy; parent-child relationship therapy; family reunification therapy; therapeutic access; and co-parent counselling.

I offer specialized forensic social work services and maintain the highest standards in training in this area. Families experiencing the complex transition of separation and divorce, require a uniquely child-focused lens. I conduct Parenting Plan Evaluations, as well as interventions under Practice Note 7, including Views of the Child Intervention; Triage Intervention; Reunification Therapy; Parenting Capacity Assessments; and Infant Mental Health Assessments. 

I offer parent coaching and co-parent coaching sessions for newly separated couples or co-parents who wish to improve their communication, manage new transitions or when navigating family crisis.

I provide professional consultation to mental health providers and litigation support to family lawyers. I act in the role of child consultant and am available to bring input and feedback to mediators, arbitrators and parenting coordinators.

I provide professional trainings and workshops on a range of topics including infant and early childhood mental health, helping children to adjust to major transitions, preparing children for overnight parenting time and supporting children's development while moving between two households. 

I am a registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. Circle of Security Parenting is a program that teaches parents how to understand and respond to children’s attachment needs; understand and manage difficult childhood behaviours; support the child's emotional regulation; break maladaptive parenting patterns; and build stronger more attuned relationships.
